I’m Joanna Pavlak, DPT, PRFS, a passionate pelvic health physical therapist specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. With half a decade of experience in pelvic health, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate their unique journeys—whether enhancing fertility and pelvic wellness, managing pregnancy changes, or recovering postpartum. I completed my Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist (PRFS) certification through Triggered Academy, building on my years of experience in fertility-focused physical therapy. This advanced training further enhances my expertise in optimizing reproductive health, supporting menstrual cycle regulation, and improving outcomes for those navigating fertility challenges, including IVF and natural cycles.

I attended Physical Therapy School at Walsh University, completed my pelvic health training through Upstream Rehab Institute, and completed training in Dry Needling through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute.

I founded Fertility PT to provide personalized, hands-on care for those seeking to optimize their reproductive health and overall well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, holistic mindset—helping my patients feel empowered, strong, and connected to their bodies.

As a mom myself, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I bring this perspective into my work, ensuring that each patient feels supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

I chose to establish Fertility PT at Altitude Social House because of its incredible community of wellness-focused professionals. The shared mission of supporting whole-body health resonates deeply with me, and as a regular at the yoga studio, I fell in love with the space and its energy.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me traveling, baking, spending time with my family, or enjoying my small flock of backyard chickens. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and connect with those looking to take charge of their health.

I look forward to helping you along your journey!
